प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), पटना ने अवैध रेत खनन और रेत की बिक्री से जुड़े मामले में दिनांक 09.03.2024 को पटना में सुभाष यादव और उनके उकरीबी सहयोगियों से संबंधित 6 स्थानों पर धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान सुभाष यादव के एक कर्मचारी और करीबी सहयोगियों के परिसर से लगभग 2.37 करोड़ रुपए की अस्पष्टीकृत नकदी बरामद हुई और डिजिटल उपकरण पाए गए और जब्त किए गए हैं। । सुभाष यादव को 09.03.24 को गिरफ्तार किया गया और 10.03.2024 को विशेष पीएमएलए कोर्ट के समक्ष पेश किया गया, जहां उन्हें 22.03.2024 तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है। |
