प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), मुंबई आंचलिक कार्यालय ने विंध्यवासिनी ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज के प्रमोटर और निदेशक विजय आर. गुप्ता को धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत 26 मार्च 2025 को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी विंध्यवासिनी ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज द्वारा भारतीय स्टेट बैंक से जालसाजी करके ऋण प्राप्त करने के मामले में की गई धोखाधड़ी के संबंध में की गई है। माननीय विशेष न्यायालय (पीएमएलए) ने उन्हें 7 दिनों के लिए ईडी की हिरासत में भेज दिया है। |
