ED, Headquarters Office, New Delhi, has conducted search operations on 12th and 13th August 2025 at multiple locations in Delhi and Mumbai under PMLA, 2002 in connection with an ongoing investigation against Ms. Sandeepa Virk, and her associates. During investigation, she was found to be in contact with Angarai Natarajan Sethuraman, former Director of erstwhile Reliance Capital Limited regarding illegal liaising work. Sh. Sethuraman was also found to be involved in diversion of funds from Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd (RCFL) and Reliance Capital Limited. Ms. Sandeepa Virk has been arrested on 12.08.2025 and produced before the Competent Court which has granted custody to ED till 14/8/2025. |
