Chief Vigilance Officer

Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has a part-time Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO). Shri Manu Tentiwal (Special Director of Enforcement,) is the part-time CVO for ED officials / officers up to the level of Additional Director of Enforcement (ADE). The CVO, ED is assisted by the Vigilance Section at the HO. Complaints alleging fraudulent / corrupt acts / abuse of official position / Gross or willful negligence / flagrant violation of systems and procedures etc., against ED officers and officials can be sent to the CVO.
