During the search operations, unaccounted cash worth Rs. 39 lakh along with various incriminating documents including property details, digital evidences, mobiles etc. have been seized. Total seizure in this case till date is Rs. 11.42 Crore, including gold/silver worth Rs. 6.50 Crore. |

Ltd. & others. During the search, the main accused Pushpendra Singh, director of M/s Jagdamba AMW Automotives Pvt. Ltd. was arrested at Jabalpur, cash of Rs. 16 lakhs and documents of immovable properties was seized from the residential premise of Pushpendra Singh. The arrested person was produced before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Jabalpur on 14.01.2024 which sent the accused person to ED custody. |
