मेसर्स कॉनकास्ट स्टील एंड पावर लिमिटेड (सीएसपीएल) और इसके प्रमोटर संजय सुरेका के खिलाफ चल रही जांच के सिलसिले में ईडी, कोलकाता ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत 20/8/2025 को तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। यह जांच बैंकों/वित्तीय संस्थानों से 6,210.72 करोड़ रुपये (ब्याज को छोड़कर) की धोखाधड़ी करने के मामले में चल रही है। तलाशी के दौरान संजय सुरेका के लाभप्रद स्वामित्व वाली अचल संपत्तियों से संबंधित विभिन्न रिकॉर्ड बरामद किए गए और जब्त किए गए। इसके साथ ही 50 लाख रुपये से अधिक के बैलेंस वाले बैंक खातों को फ्रीज कर दिया गया है। |

(CSPL) and its Promoter Sanjay Sureka for defrauding banks/ financial institutions to the tune of Rs 6,210.72 Crore (excluding interest) through various fraudulent practices. During the searches, various records related to immovable properties beneficially owned by Sanjay Sureka have been recovered and seized alongwith bank accounts having balances of more than Rs 50 Lakh have been frozen. |

Puppy’s Casino Gold, Ocean Rivers Casino, Puppy’s Casino Pride, Ocean 7 Casino, Big Daddy Casino) in the case against Sh. K C Veerendra, MLA, Chitradurga District, and others in the matter of illegal online and offline betting. During the search operations, various incriminating documents, cash amount of Rs. 12 Crore (approx.), including (approx.) 1 Crore in foreign currency, Gold Jewellery worth Rs. 6 Crore (approx.), Silver articles around 10 kgs, properties related documents, along with four vehicles were seized, Further, 17 bank accounts and 2 bank lockers were also frozen. Sh. K C Veerendra was arrested from Gangktok on 23.08.2025 and produced before Judicial Magistrate, Gangtok, Sikkim and transit remand was obtained for producing him before jurisdictional Court in Bangalore. |

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), मुख्यालय ने मोहाली स्थित एक बिल्डर, राजदीप शर्मा को धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत गिरफ्तार किया है। उन्हें बिरफा आईटी मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया है, जिसमें इससे पहले ईडी द्वारा पाँच आरोपियों मणिदीप मागो, संजय सेठी, मयंक डांग, तुषार डांग और जसप्रीत सिंह बग्गा को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। आरोपी को विशेष अदालत, द्वारका के समक्ष पेश किया गया, जिन्होंने उसे 28/08/2025 तक 7 दिन की ईडी हिरासत में भेज दिया है। |
