The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the Prosecution Complaint. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम की माननीय विशेष अदालत (स्पेशल पीएमएलए कोर्ट) के समक्ष लाल चंदन की तस्करी से संबंधित एक मामले में लाल चंदन के आदतन तस्कर आर. सेल्वाराज, मेसर्स संजना मेटलवेयर इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, पी. विष्णु आनंद और डी. एल. मधुसूदन के खिलाफ धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत अभियोजन शिकायत दर्ज किया । माननीय न्यायालय ने सभी अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध धन शोधन के अपराध का संज्ञान लिया । |
