ईडी, सूरत उप-आंचलिक कार्यालय ने मेसर्स साईं प्रसाद ऑर्गेनिक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और अन्य के खिलाफ पीएमएलए मामले में सही दावेदार यानी भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) को 1.85 करोड़ रुपये (संचित ब्याज सहित) मूल्य की चल संपत्तियां सफलतापूर्वक वापस कर दी हैं। पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत कुर्क की गई संपत्तियों की यह वापसी विशेष न्यायालय (पीएमएलए), अहमदाबाद ग्रामीण द्वारा पारित आदेश के अनुसार की गई। यह महत्वपूर्ण घटनाक्रम न केवल अपराध की आय का पता लगाने और उसे कुर्क करने के लिए निदेशालय के अथक प्रयासों को रेखांकित करता है, बल्कि यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उसकी अटूट प्रतिबद्धता को भी पुष्ट करता है कि धन सही दावेदारों को वापस किया जाए। |

During the searches, various incriminating documents and digital data were found and seized. Further, investment in FDs and shares amounting to Rs. 284.5 Crore and three bank lockers have been frozen. |
