ईडी, गुरुग्राम ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत डब्ल्यूटीसी ग्रुप और प्रमोटर आशीष भल्ला और भूटानी ग्रुप और इसके प्रमोटर आशीष भूटानी के खिलाफ दिल्ली, फरीदाबाद, एनसीआर क्षेत्र में 12 स्थानों पर 27.01.2025 को तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान, 1.5 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य के विभिन्न अपराध-संकेती दस्तावेज, डिजिटल डिवाइस, आभूषण और सोना बरामद किए गए और उन्हें जब्त कर लिया गया तथा डब्ल्यूटीसी ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज के नाम पर सावधि जमा राशि को फ्रीज कर दिया गया। |
