प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), शिमला उप-क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय ने 31.07.2024 को दिल्ली, चंडीगढ़, पंजाब और हिमाचल प्रदेश (कांगड़ा, ऊना, शिमला, मंडी और कुल्लू जिलों में) के 20 स्थानों पर धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत श्री बांके बिहारी अस्पताल, फोर्टिस अस्पताल हिमाचल हेल्थकेयर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, सिटी सुपर स्पेशियलिटी अस्पताल, श्री बालाजी अस्पताल, श्री हरिहर अस्पताल, सूद नर्सिंग होम, नीलकंठ अस्पताल और उनके प्रमुख प्रबंधन व्यक्ति क्रमशः डॉ. विजेंद्र मिन्हास, रघुबीर सिंह बाली, डॉ. प्रदीप मक्कड़, डॉ. राजेश शर्मा, श्री मनीष भाटिया, डॉ. मनोज सूद और डॉ. हेमंत कुमार के विरुद्ध तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। |

ईडी, मुंबई ने मेसर्स आइसवर्थ रियालिटी एलएलपी और अन्य संस्थाओं के खिलाफ चल रही जाँच के अंतर्गत 31/07/2024 को धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के तहत मुंबई, सूरत और दिल्ली में विभिन्न स्थानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान, हीरे, बैंक फंड, डीमैट खाता होल्डिंग्स और नकदी के रूप में लगभग 38.57 करोड़ रुपये की चल संपत्ति जब्त/फ्रीज़ की गई है और विभिन्न आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज, डिजिटल डिवाइस बरामद और जब्त किए गए हैं। |

During the search Operations, various incriminating documents, digital devices, 04 bank lockers and cash of Rs. 88 Lakh (approx.) were found and seized. |

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), दिल्ली ने ईडी अधिकारियों के प्रतिरूपण के मामले में मनोज कुमार नामक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के तहत 31-07-2024 को दिल्ली में तलाशी अभियान चलाए। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान ईडी और अन्य सरकारी विभागों के फर्जी पहचान पत्र बरामद किए गए। ईडी के जाली दस्तावेज भी मिले, जिनका इस्तेमाल आरोपी लोगों से जबरन वसूली/धोखाधड़ी करने के लिए कर रहा था। आरोपी 5 मोबाइल नंबरों का इस्तेमाल करता हुआ पाया गया। तलाशी के दौरान डिजिटल डिवाइस और अपराध-संकेती दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए। |

माननीय विशेष न्यायाधीश (पीएमएलए), एसएएस नगर ने भोला ड्रग मामले में दिनांक 30.07.2024 के फैसले के तहत सभी उपलब्ध 17 आरोपी व्यक्तियों (कुल 23 आरोपी व्यक्तियों, जिनमें से सुनवाई के दौरान 04 आरोपी व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु हो गई थी और 02 को घोषित अपराधी घोषित किया गया था) के खिलाफ सजा आदेश पारित किया है। पीएमएलए जांच के समापन के बाद मामले में कुल 7 अभियोजन शिकायतें (01 मुख्य अभियोजन शिकायत और 06 पूरक अभियोजन शिकायतें) दर्ज की गईं। |
