ईडी, लखनऊ ने शाइन सिटी ग्रुप के मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत 74.16 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्तियां अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क की हैं। कुर्क की गई संपत्तियों में मोहनलालगंज लखनऊ में भगवती प्रसाद के नाम पर 47.80 करोड़ रुपये की कीमत की 24 कृषि भूखंड ; मेसर्स शाइन सिटी कॉलोनाइजर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नाम पर बाराबंकी उत्तर प्रदेश में 16.5 करोड़ रुपये की कीमत की 6 आवासीय भूखंड; मेसर्स वर्धमान बिल्डटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (प्रमोटर विवेक गुप्ता) द्वारा विकसित हरियाणा के रेवाड़ी में "स्प्रिंगडेल" परियोजना में 9.27 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य का 1 वाणिज्यिक भूखंड और 4 वाणिज्यिक स्थान और उत्तर प्रदेश के बाराबंकी में दुर्गा प्रसाद के नाम पर 0.57 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की 03 कृषि भूमि शामिल हैं। इस मामले में अब तक की गई कुल कुर्की की राशि 263.55 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) है। |

ईडी, मुंबई ने “फेयरप्ले” के मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत 25.10.2024 को मुंबई और कच्छ, गुजरात में 8 स्थानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया था, जो क्रिकेट/आईपीएल मैचों के अवैध प्रसारण और विभिन्न ऑनलाइन सट्टेबाजी गतिविधियों में शामिल था। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान, विभिन्न आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज, डिजिटल डिवाइस, अचल संपत्ति से संबंधित दस्तावेज, चल संपत्ति यानी नकदी, बैंक फंड और चांदी की छड़ें 4 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) जब्त/फ्रीज की गईं। इस मामले में अब तक कुल जब्ती राशि 117 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) है। |

The quantum of total attachment made so far in this case stands at Rs.263.55 Crore (approx.). |
