ईडी, अहमदाबाद ने धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत बिटकनेक्ट क्रिप्टो करेंसी धोखाधड़ी के मामले में 11/02/2025 और 15/02/2025 को तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान, 1646 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) मूल्य की विभिन्न क्रिप्टो करेंसी के रूप में अपराध की आय बरामद की गई और उसे जब्त कर लिया गया। उक्त क्रिप्टो करेंसी के अलावा, 13,50,500/- रुपये नकद, एक लेक्सस कार और कई डिजिटल डिवाइस भी जब्त किए गए हैं। |

ईडी, मुंबई ने 13.02.2025 को पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत मुंबई में 12 स्थानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया, जो मेसर्स रियाल्टो एक्जिम प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, मेसर्स पुष्पक बुलियन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, चंद्रकांत पटेल और अन्य के खिलाफ चल रही जांच का हिस्सा था, जो बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले में शामिल थे। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान अचल और चल संपत्तियों यानी बैंक फंड के विवरण के साथ-साथ कई अन्य आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेजों को जब्त/फ्रीज कर दिया गया। |
