ईडी, कोलकाता ने 27/08/2024 को पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत कोलकाता और आसपास के इलाकों में धोखाधड़ी करने वाले कॉल सेंटर संचालकों से जुड़े 10 अलग-अलग आवासीय और व्यावसायिक परिसरों में तलाशी अभियान चलाया। ये तलाशी मेसर्स ई-यूनाइट टेलीकॉम प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और मेसर्स मेट टेक्नोलॉजीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड सहित अन्य से जुड़े धन शोधन मामले की चल रही जांच के सिलसिले में की गई। |

ED, Delhi has conducted search operations at 10 premises in Delhi, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Mumbai, Solapur and Indore under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in the case of Jasmeet Hakimzada, an International Drug Trafficker operating from Gulf Countries. During the search operations, Secret Bank Lockers in the name of Jasmeet Hakimzada and his wife in Delhi were traced and were found to be containing 1.06 kg of unaccounted gold and 370 grams of diamond ornaments. The entire jewellery has been seized during the search operation by the ED. |

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), गुवाहाटी आँचलिक कार्यालय ने वर्ष 2013 से 2016 के दौरान असम भवन एवं अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड (एबीओसीडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूबी) द्वारा मेसर्स पूर्बाश्री प्रिंटिंग हाउस [प्रियांशु बोइरागी की स्वामित्व वाली कंपनी] को 118 करोड़ रुपये के ठेके धोखाधड़ी से दिए जाने के मामले में धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। तलाशी के दौरान विभिन्न आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज और सामग्री जब्त की गई। इस मामले में, ईडी ने बैंक खातों और सावधि जमा में शेष राशि के रूप में कुल 34.03 करोड़ रुपये की अपराध आय भी जब्त की है। |
