प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), कोलकाता क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय ने धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत मेसर्स एलएफएस ब्रोकिंग प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और इसके निदेशकों/सहयोगियों से जुड़े विभिन्न परिसरों में तलाशी अभियान चलाया है।तलाशी अभियान के दौरान, अपराध की आय (पीओसी) से जुड़ी गतिविधियों से जुड़े 118 बैंक खातों को फ्रीज कर दिया गया है और कई करोड़ रुपये की 63 अचल संपत्तियों को बिक्री या हस्तांतरण से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है।इसके अलावा, दो व्यक्तियों दिलीप कुमार मैती और एमडी अनारुल इस्लाम को पीएमएलए, 2002 की धारा 19 के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया है। गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्तियों को माननीय विशेष न्यायालय (पीएमएलए), कलकत्ता के समक्ष पेश किया गया, जिसने 11 दिनों के लिए ईडी की हिरासत प्रदान की। |
