The Puraskar was presented by the Hon’ble Union Ministers of State for Home Affairs, Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Shri Nityanand Rai on 14.09.2026 on the occasion of the Hindi Diwas-2026 and the Sixth All India Official Language Conference, held at Mumbai. The event was organised under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah.
